Huascar (pronounced WAAS-CAR) joined Armstrong Advisory Group in December of 2021. During his 20-year career in the retail banking and financial services industry, he has held various roles in Management, Operations and Sales in both retail and commercial banking. Huascar holds a BBA in Business Management from Monroe College in New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York State.

Huascar resides in Wolcott, Connecticut with his wife Esther, and their two daughters. He enjoys traveling, movies and going to the beach with the family.
